I am a Laboratory Manager/ Research Associate in the Moreno Lab. I have a Bachelors degree in Molecular Biology from Auburn University and a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from the Medical University of South Carolina. I was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Central Florida and the University of New Mexico. I worked in contract research at Midwest Research Institute for six years in the divisions of Clinical Diagnostics and Biodefense.
